Noise Pollution Reduction through a Novel Optimization Procedure in Passive Control Methods

چکیده
This paper proposes a novel optimization framework in passive control techniques to reduce noise pollution. The geometries of the structures are represented by Catmull-Clark subdivision surfaces, which able build gap-free Computer-Aided Design models and meanwhile tackle extraordinary points that commonly encountered geometric modelling. acoustic fields simulated using isogeometric boundary element method, density-based topology is conducted optimize distribution sound-absorbing materials adhered structural surfaces. approach enables one perform from directly without needing meshing volume parameterization, thereby avoiding errors time-consuming preprocessing steps conventional simulation methods. effectiveness present method demonstrated three dimensional numerical examples.
